At Budaful Scents, our candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut soy wax blend, known for its clean, slow burn and excellent scent throw. We use a carefully crafted mix of high-quality fragrance oils and essential oils to create inviting, long-lasting aromas. Please note that our candle jars may vary in color, adding a unique touch to each handcrafted piece.

Order Processing Times
Our orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
During high volume seasonal times, order processing can take 4-6 business days. 

All deliveries and local pick-ups are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

After placing an order, we will send an email to schedule pickup.
Reply to email with what day and time you would like to pick up or have your order delivered.  

Once order is fulfilled on our end you will receive a follow up email confirming your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up your items at your scheduled time. You will need to show us this email as proof of purchase upon pickup. If you plan to send someone else for your pickup please let us know in advance. They will need to provide this confirmation email before we release the goods on your behalf.

Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
If your goods arrive damaged, defective, or you received the wrong items upon delivery, please contact us at info@luxxeorganizing.com within 3 business days to arrange a suitable remedy, such as return, exchange or refund.
We would never knowingly ship out damaged goods to our customers.
We inspect and pack each order to ensure all merchandise is in perfect condition before shipping.
Every once in a while, something can slip by us, and we apologize for this inconvenience in advance.
Most commonly, damage occurs during shipping, so please inspect your order upon receipt.
We also will not be held accountable for any damage you inflict on any Budaful Scents products after they have been received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
